T-TRACK’s installation process is designed for precision, efficiency, and durability. Every step, from design to final alignment, is meticulously executed to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance. This streamlined methodology minimizes construction time, reduces labor requirements, and guarantees optimal track functionality, making it a superior choice for modern rail systems.

Methodology
01

Design Component & Beam Size as per Client Parameters

T-TRACK begins with customized designs tailored to client specifications, considering key factors like axle load, operational speed, rail size, and rail gauge to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

02

Manufacture Components and Moulds

Precision-engineered components and moulds are manufactured using high-quality materials, ensuring durability and consistency in every module produced.

03

Cast Modules & Transport to Site

Reinforced concrete modules are cast in controlled environments for accuracy and strength, then transported to the project site for seamless installation.

04

Place Modules on Prepared Formation and Layer Works

Modules are strategically positioned on a meticulously prepared formation, ensuring proper alignment and stability for the subsequent layers.

05

Install Rail and Resilient Pad and Fasten to Modules

Rails are securely installed onto the modules with resilient pads, providing vibration damping and ensuring a robust connection for operational efficiency.

06

Lift & Align to Design Levels

Modules are lifted and carefully aligned to meet the precise design levels, ensuring smooth rail functionality and accurate geometry.

07

Install Shutters and Cast Grout/Concrete Below Beam

Shutters are installed, and a filler layer of grout or concrete is cast below the beam to fix the vertical and horizontal geometry, reinforcing stability and durability.

08

Remove Shutters

Once the grout or concrete has set, shutters are removed, leaving a perfectly aligned and secure track system ready for operation.
